Brighton Robins JFC is powered entirely by volunteers — parents, grandparents, siblings, and community members who give up their weekends, roll up their sleeves, and make it happen week in, week out. Every role matters, and every hand makes a difference. Without them, there is no club.

Coaches

Our coaches are the heartbeat of every team. They show up week after week to teach the game, build confidence, and create a safe and fun environment where every player can grow. Whether it's running a training session or guiding kids through a tough game, our coaches make it happen.



Team Managers

The unsung heroes of any footy club. Team managers keep everything running smoothly — from registrations and communications to making sure everyone knows where to be and when. They're the first point of contact for families and the glue that holds each team together.



Game Day Helpers

No game day happens without a crew willing to pitch in. Our game day helpers fill the essential on-field and boundary roles that keep every match running — runners, goal umpires, timekeepers, first aiders, and more. It's a rotating roster of legends who make sure the kids get to play the game they love, every single week.

Committee

Behind every great club is a committee working hard behind the scenes. Our committee members handle everything from finances and compliance to events, grants, and strategic planning. They're volunteers giving their time to make sure Brighton Robins JFC is a club the whole community can be proud of.
